Your mission
As an Associate in our Spring/Summer 2026 Executive Search Programme, your mission is to build the commercial, analytical, and consultative foundations required to become a trusted executive search professional.
You will support retained leadership search assignments by developing market insight, engaging senior candidates, and contributing to high-quality search delivery. Through structured rotations, you will learn how to approach talent challenges thoughtfully, apply data and judgement and build longterm relationships with clients and candidates.
This role is designed for individuals who are motivated by learning, resilient in the face of challenge, and curious about how leadership and talent drive business performance.
Your profile
We are looking for driven, early-career professionals who are keen to transition into executive search and build a long-term career.
You will bring:
Graduate or early-career experience within sales, ideally in an SDR, BDR, Account Exec or Talent Acquisition role
A goal-oriented, resilient mindset and comfort working towards clear performance metrics
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyse information and ask good questions
Natural curiosity about business, leadership, and people
Professional communication skills and confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders
High levels of organisation, attention to detail, and personal accountability

No prior Recruitment or Executive Search experience is required.
Please note for our Associate Programme there is an expectation of 3-4 days in Office.
For London based applicant European Language skills are highly desirable
