Your profile

Our Candidate Facing Consultants are at the heart of our search methodology- they’re the engine that drives exceptional hiring outcomes.

What you’ll do:

Partner closely with Client Consultants to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent using advanced and creative search techniques.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, uncovering niche and hard-to-find candidates.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments, evaluating capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
Manage the recruitment process end to end, from job briefing through to offer and onboarding.
Confidently close candidates by presenting compelling opportunities, negotiating offers, and addressing concerns.
Create a strong value proposition for every role, clearly articulating the benefits and career opportunities within client organisations.
Develop and deepen client relationships by understanding business goals and delivering strategic talent solutions.
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling services, and building long-term partnerships.
